Energy Healing

Energy healing is a powerful holistic method of restoring balance and harmony in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual system. Energy sessions utilize gentle, hands-on healing techniques that help assist your body’s innate healing abilities. Clients report feeling a deeper sense of connection to themselves and the world around them as the energy healing techniques release tension and deeply held patterns to help foster growth and transformation.

Narrative and Creative Healing

Creativity has been a profound healing agent for cultures since the beginning of humanity. Yet in today’s modern world, we’re increasingly disconnected from our creative impulses. Creative healing uses story structure and personal narrative as the framework for examining one’s core issues and life themes. Through discussion, writing and/or performing arts, individuals express feelings, integrate experiences and create meaning. No previous artistic experience is necessary and this work can be done 1:1 with the facilitator, in a group, or culminate in a solo show to be performed for the public.

Mindfulness Stress Reduction and Meditation

Mindfulness stress seduction and meditation is both a philosophy and practice rooted in cultivating awareness of one’s felt experience moment-by-moment. The idea is to develop a sense of curiosity and compassion instead of judgment. From there, personal choices can be made from a conscious vs reactive stance. In mindfulness meditation, one tracks physical, emotional and mental responses without attempting to fix or change anything in the moment. The practice provides a container of day-to-day experiences from which awareness grows and typically, calms the nervous system over time.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy

Pain Reprocessing Therapy is an evidence-based treatment for chronic pain. It focuses on neuroplastic pain and helps retrain the brain to interpret harmless body signals as safe, if there is no immediate threat from structural damage, injury and/or illness. Much of the treatment is based in mindfulness techniques and learning to calm the nervous system instead of remaining on high-alert. This treatment should be done in tandem with proper medical care, guidance and testing.
